In the first part of the article mentioned several interesting combinations of wine and cheese. Today, sea salt caramel gelato we continue to complete the article and of course, our knowledge of the combination of these two fantastic products.
Tasty and sweet with blue cheese serving sweet wines as "Traminec" or "Sauvignon Blanc", which should be sweet, derived from grapes with late harvest. On the other hand, with the savory and aromatic cheeses like Parmesan, drink dry wine and aromatic as "Riesling". With feta cheese good red wine goes easily.
